Terms of Service

1. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to register a player, submit a tryout request, or make a payment through this site. If you're registering a player under 18, you confirm you are that player's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms, the separate waiver of liability presented at registration, and to make decisions on the player's behalf.

2. Registration, Tryouts & Payment

• Registration for a paid program requires full payment through our payment processor, Stripe, at the time of registration. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged — we don't change what you're charged after you submit payment.
• Tryout requests do not require payment. Submitting one doesn't guarantee a roster spot or a specific date — our staff will follow up to schedule.
• Refunds: refund and credit requests are handled case by case. Contact us at the details below to request one — we'll work with you.
• Registration for a program is also conditioned on accepting the waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and medical treatment authorization presented during registration. That waiver is a separate agreement in addition to these Terms.

3. Assumption of Risk

Youth soccer involves inherent risk of injury. Registering a player, requesting a tryout, or otherwise participating in Real State Soccer Academy programs is voluntary and subject to the waiver of liability and assumption of risk presented at registration, which you must accept before a registration is submitted.

4. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false information on a registration, tryout, or contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including the admin dashboard
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service — including scraping, automated submissions, or attempts to bypass rate limits — or attack it in any way
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Intellectual Property

The Real State Soccer Academy name, crest, and the text, graphics, and photos on this site are owned by Real State Soccer Academy or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., subject to Stripe's own terms. Links to third-party sites (like our Facebook page) are provided for convenience — we don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real State Soccer Academy and its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Claims relating to player injury during program participation are governed by the separate waiver of liability presented at registration, not by these Terms alone.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Real State Soccer Academy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
