Privacy Policy
Effective August 13, 2026
Real State Soccer Academy ("Real State Soccer Academy," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the registration, tryout, and program services offered on it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a registration or tryout request, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, and a small amount of information collected automatically.
Information you provide
- Player information: first and last name, date of birth, and gender, submitted when registering or requesting a tryout.
- Parent/guardian information: name, email address, and phone number.
- Emergency contact and medical information: an emergency contact is required for registration, and you may optionally provide medical notes or allergies relevant to the player's participation.
- Waiver acknowledgment: registration records whether you accepted the waiver of liability and assumption of risk, and the date/time you did so.
- Payment information: registration fees are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number — see "Payment Processing" below.
- Contact inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, and message when you submit the Contact form, plus anything you send us directly by email or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- A session cookie is set only when a staff member logs into the admin dashboard, to keep that login session active. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
2. How We Use Information
- Process program registrations and tryout requests
- Process payment for registration fees, through Stripe
- Communicate with you about your registration, tryout, schedules, and club updates
- Respond to Contact form inquiries by email or phone
- Respond to emergencies during training or games using the emergency contact and medical information provided
- Maintain the waiver and liability records required to run our programs safely
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use player or guardian information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Children's Privacy
Our programs serve players ages 3–19. Information about a minor player is provided and controlled by that player's parent or legal guardian through the registration or tryout form — we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child without a parent or guardian submitting it on their behalf. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page.
4. Payment Processing
Registration payments are handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. When you check out, your card details are sent directly to Stripe — they never pass through or get stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference from Stripe, not your card number.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the club and this site — our payment processor (Stripe) and our hosting/database providers — solely to perform those services on our behalf.
- Coaching and administrative staff who need the information to run programs, tryouts, and respond to emergencies.
- Legal or safety reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Real State Academy, our players, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain registration, tryout, and waiver records for as long as needed to operate our programs, maintain safety and liability records, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask how it has been used and shared. To make a request, contact us using the details below — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, rate-limiting and lockout protections on our forms and admin login, and restricted access to administrative data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. International Programs
Real State Soccer Academy operates partner academies in the Ivory Coast and Cameroon in addition to our home academy in Las Vegas, Nevada. Information submitted through this site is processed and stored in the United States regardless of which program or location it relates to.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date at the top of this page.
